Northern Village assists companies to develop their expertise in the content-driven methodology while acknowledging that each company will have its own processes, and that the content-driven process will need to be adapted to suit the company’s unique situation and capabilities. To this end, Northern Village can provides a tailored content-driven coaching program, that covers items from an introduction to developing websites, to end user training for content development, to advanced theme development.

As a complement to coaching services, Northern Village also provides delivery services that can complement a company’s resources. These services are in each of the four main delivery components:

website planning and strategy
content services (writing, photography, video, etc.)
design (including web, flash and print)
integration services bringing all elements together.
