First Steps for Customers

- Have an initial Website Planning Session
The First Steps Programme reduces the amount of time that you spend in presales, by giving customers a look of their website in the content-driven prototype. It also lets them get a feel for the editing tool they will be using and differentiates you from other web providers.
Northern Village will work with you to find the best way of helping you ease into the programme, including setting up the first site, and participating in whatever way seems best for you.
