Content-Driven Coaching

The content-driven process is conceptually simple. However, a busy web company that already has its own processes and methodologies may need assistance adapting the content-driven methodology to its own needs.

Northern Village has developed a 5-step process to help companies implement content-driven websites, taking into consideration existing capabilities and circumstances.

Northern Village will:

• Analyse the current website development process, and propose a strategy to adopt a content-driven process.
• Identify suitable engagements with which to launch a content-driven process.
• Provide training on an as-needed basis:
  • End-user training (content development)
  • Basic Raconteur Theme Development
  • Advanced Raconteur Theme Development
• Jointly deliver content-driven engagements:
  • Provide an overview of the process, and code first themes
  • Assist in developing themes for the next few projects
  • Be available for advice on developing themes on an ongoing basis
• Continue to assist on projects on an as-needed basis.

In addition to developing the content-driven methodology within a client organization, Northern Village will provide web delivery services on an ongoing basis.
